Ike’s Carter Pool Companies
Client Reviews
Building a pool is about more than construction—it’s about creating a place where memories are made for generations. Hearing from families enjoying their new outdoor spaces is our greatest reward. We’re deeply grateful to every client who trusts us to be part of their story.

Lisa, Lori, Todd, Brandon, Franchesca and Sophia were our awesome team from Ikes Carter that helped make our new pool possible! From design to permitting, construction, and post build services - the team's responsiveness, attentiveness to our needs, and customer services centered on excellence was better than expected. Even when little things went wrong (lets face it, it's construction and things do... they made it right every time).+6Posted on Google
Michael Hurt65 days agoThe team at Ike’s assisted at every step. I really went with Ike’s due to Lisa’s availability and willingness to see my vision. She was always available and ready to assist when needed (even late at night and on weekends). Once construction started Todd became more involved and was great to work with. Lori also became involved during the construction project. She kept me informed of what was taking place and when. It was a pleasure working with Ike’s and I would recommend them for your next pool project!+0Posted on Google

Stephanie Urrutia253 days agoWe just had our pool completed by Ike’s Carter Pool company, and we could not be happier! It honestly makes me so happy to be able to leave a review like this. From start to finish, the entire experience was wonderful. Building a pool is definitely a process, but it was 100% worth it—our only regret is not doing it sooner. Gary and his entire team were amazing to work with and truly came through on everything they promised. Communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding, and the final result exceeded our expectations. We are beyond excited to enjoy our new pool and highly recommend Ike’s Carter Pools to anyone considering building one!+1Posted on Google

They are always there to clean your pool and they do an “ok” job. Can’t give 4 stars because the tile around the pool edge almost never gets cleaned so there is a scum mark most of the time. They built my pool and it was a pretty easy process with them. Main reason I still give 3 stars is because it’s like pulling teeth to get any maintenance repairs done. I’ve been waiting about a year to get an estimate to replace an LED light that stopped working in only 5+ years of life. (maybe 200hrs of total use on an estimated 50,000 hour bulb) I’m guessing it was a bad bulb considering the other 2 bulbs work fine still. It would be nice if I could get it replaced one day but I’m not sure they are interested in the job so I might need to hire a different company to do it.+0Posted on Google

Alan Nash10 days agoOur pool process began around this time last year when I spent countless hours comparing over 8 pool contractors to complete our project. After much analysis and after speaking with Erik on numerous occasions, we decided on Ike's Carter. We signed in late summer and the dig began in early October. Now that we are a few weeks away from completion, I can now attest that we made the right decision. The experience began with Erik (one of the owners) during the design and development stage. He is not a salesman and that sold me. He is genuine, accommodating and remained available throughout the process. He provided his honest opinion on multiple topics and steered us away from spending more than necessary. His partner Gary (owner) arrived for the layout of the pool and provided me with his contact information if anything should go awry. Like Erik, he valued my business. Lori G made the design process fun as she made it a point to make this expensive endeavor comical. Lori W kept me advised of every step of the process and is one of the most responsive people that I have ever encountered. She replied to my emails expeditiously and worked with me to find solutions to the extent that one was available. Like Lori W, Madisyn in the office was easily accessible and always made us feel like we were the only Ike's Carter Pool Co. customers. My frequent on site interaction was with Ryan, the son of my construction manager Craig (who was also great after we had a chance to meet). Ryan explained the pool building process in detail, likely saved 50 inquisitive phone calls that I would have made to Craig, Erik or Gary, and did a good job "working" the pool. Building a pool sucks. It does. There is no nice way to say this. Your yard will be a mess, your neighbors will constantly inquire as to the status of the eyesore that is your construction site, you will hope that this is the week that it will be "finished", your kids will keep asking you about it, you will need to fix your irrigation, landscaping and gas lines, deal with supply delays, on and on and on. However, if you want a partner who will charge a fair price for a good product, then choose Ike's. We did.Posted on Google
Yeni Cabrera13 days agoI called around to a few different companies to get quotes for my pool, but the moment Sophie answered the phone, I felt like I had connected with the right place. She was so patient and took the time to answer all of my endless questions, then quickly had someone come out to provide me with a quote. From that very first conversation, I knew this process was going to be a great experience.Posted on Google

B H30 days agoIke’s Carter Pools was fantastic! They did an amazing job with our pool. It came out looking like resort quality! But besides the finished product, the entire process throughout was also top-notch. Both Lisa (our design consultant) and Lori (our construction coordinator) were exceptional, and I can’t highlight this enough. Communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. Lisa was amazing on the front end, not only with her knowledge and help guiding us through the process of designing a pool for the first time with things we didn’t know much about, but also her expertise and recommendations when we were unsure about things. Lori was always on top of everything throughout the whole process. She was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions that we may have had… and if there were any small issues along the way, they were quick to address them immediately without hesitation! A pool is a huge investment, and a lot of companies and contractors out there are extremely frustrating and difficult to work with. So, I absolutely recommend Ike Pools to not only get a high-quality finished product, but to also work with a high-quality company with high-quality service and support throughout the process.Posted on Google
Syeda Fatima Hussain31 days agoWe had a wonderful experience with Ike’s Carter. Nicole was incredibly forthcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process, making everything feel seamless and stress-free. Lori also did an excellent job keeping us informed and updated throughout the construction process and scheduling. Building a pool can certainly be a humbling process, so it was very important to us to work with a company that has a solid reputation and truly stands behind its work. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Ike’s Carter and the finished product. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering building a pool!Posted on Google

Ruben Simmons153 days agoMy wife and I recently completed an expensive pool project with Ike’s and we are very happy with the final result. Lisa Rothman designed it, and she was very thorough, extremely helpful and always available to us. Overall, it was a long building process and our construction manager unexpectedly left the company in the middle of our job. However, Lori Walter (our construction coordinator) did an excellent job in keeping everything running smoothly. She is smart, capable and was fully engaged in ensuring that all needs and requirements were met.Posted on Google
